Mr JS Chadha, visionary and founder of the JS Hospitality Group, forayed into hospitality business by starting restaurants and banquet halls in Delhi. Today, the group boasts of two Park Balluchi restaurants located in Delhi and Gurgaon with 6 Pind Balluchi restaurants across different cities along with a Grand Vatika banquet hall. Combined with sheer excellence and commitment for achieving success, this group has managed to carve a niche for itself. Park Balluchi remains the only restaurant to have won 5 consecutive awards for Best Restaurant from the Ministry of Tourism.
 
Significant milestones achieved over the years are as follows:
 
1992
First Vatika restaurant with banquet hall facilities is inaugurated at Pragati Maidan, Delhi
 
1995
Park Balluchi, a spin-off restaurant of the Vatika Group, is launched at Hauz Khas Village, Delhi.
 
1996
Park Balluchi gets honored with the first award for excellence among the Northern region from the Government of India, Department of tourism in the Best Restaurant category.
 
1997
Park Balluchi gets another coveted award for excellence from Shri Krishan Kant, honorable ex-Vice President of India.
 
1998
Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee, former Prime Minister of India, honors Park Balluchi with the prestigious National tourism award for the Best Restaurant in India.
 
1999
The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, gives Award for Excellence in the Northern region to Park Balluchi. In the same year, a brand new South-Indian restaurant named “Pavitra” is started by the Vatika group at Hari Nagar, Delhi.
 
2000
Park Balluchi is honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence by Shri Anant Kumar, Tourism Minister, Government of India.
 
2001
Park Balluchi unveils its new restaurant in the plush up market area of Leisure Valley, Gurgaon.
 
2004
Pind Balluchi, a new restaurant of its kind based on traditional village theme, starts in Gurgaon. Pind Balluchi is the biggest restaurant in the cities of Delhi and Gurgaon.
 
2005
As Pind Balluchi gains popularity, another Pind Balluchi is opened on the Ring Road in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
 
2005
The second outlet of Pind Balluchi starts at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. Pind Balluchi is also started at Rajouri Garden, Delhi.
 
2006
Pind Balluchi also starts its service at Kosi Kalan close to the Delhi-Agra NH2 highway.
 
2007
Two branches of Pind Balluchi are launched at Faridabad and New Delhi.
